Along with a full Sound Bath, Breathwork, Meditation we will go through traditions suiting to this time of year when the veil between life and death is thinner.
I will talk you through some of the theories and traditions matching this time of year
And will guide us through the workshop in a ceremonial manner optimising the time of year for all of us!

Sound Journeys alleviate stress, anxiety and allow for an over active mind to relax.
A common feedback is a great night's sleep.
They allow for our muscles to relax, reducing tension and allowing physical healing to occur. Enhancing the vibration of the atoms (we are all made of) to a positive/higher frequency, matching that which is produced through the healing instruments.
People have experienced great results in combating stress, anxiety, insomnia while also giving a clearing energy boost.
Even if you don't experience these things give yourself a relaxing energy top up. Experiences can be quite profound depending where you are in life. Some people receive guidance or subconscious explanations.
