About the event

Candle Lit Sound Journey - LYTHAM
Enjoy the therapeutic and healing effects of a Sound Journey.. I use crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussion instruments under candlelight to take you through a sound journey that will allow you to explore your inner landscape. This is a full body listening experience.

My sound Journey sessions are created to help you connect both mind and body, it can aid your own meditation practice and reduce anxiety and stress. It will also help take you out of fight or flight and promote a sense of relaxation bringing you back to your center.

This is a 1 hour sound bath.
