Candle Lit Sound Journey at LYTHAM METHODIST HALL

Enjoy the therapeutic and healing effects of a Sound Journey. I use crystal singing bowls, tubular bells, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussion instruments under candlelight to take you through a sound journey that will allow you to explore your inner landscape. This is a full body listening experience.

My sound Journey sessions are created to help you connect both mind and body, it can aid your own meditation practice and reduce anxiety and stress. It will also help take you out of fight or flight and promote a sense of relaxation bringing you back to your center.

This is a 1 hour sound bath.


I really want you to be as comfortable as possible. You will be lying on the floor so please bring a yoga mat or something else to lie on, a warm blanket and a cushion or pillow.

Please arrive 15 minutes before to get settled and as not to disrupt the sound bath.

If you are pregnant, have a pace maker or have other heart rate abnormalities, a sound bath isn't suitable for you.
