The Himalayan Singing Bowls are wonderful tools for going deeper into meditation and relaxation. They are useful for bringing peace and joy into all areas of your life. In this event, you will experience a guided meditation, accompanied by the Himalayan Singing Bowls that will take you to a deep, beautiful, refreshing place.

Please feel free to bring something to lie down on the floor with, a mat, a pillow, an eye mask, etc.Carol Cannon began studying music in 1st grade and played piano, clarinet, flute, guitar, and drums throughout her childhood. She began playing the bowls in 1999 after attending HH Dalai Lama’s Kalachakra Initiation. She is a graduate of 9 Ways Academia’s Level 4 Master Singing Bowl Practitioner Program since 2010. She began practicing Feng Shui in 1993, and is a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner since 2001, from the New York School of Feng Shui. Carol is also a Certified Yoga Teacher since 1995. Carol’s passion is to help people go from Chaos to Calm in their lives. A native Pennsylvanian, Carol is currently a Florida resident.
