Two hours where all you have to do is rest and let go. Through restorative yoga poses, soft stretches and deeply supported relaxation your body will be able to let go completely - and so will your overthinking mind. During the immersion you will be wrapped in sound healing that relaxes your nervous system and Mie will be pointing you towards your innate mental health and well-being.

Do you know what becomes possible when you stop over-thinking yourself through life? You open up to more possibilities, you fine-tune your ability to listen deeply to the information in the now (rather than trying to figure it all out with your intellect) and you simply soften so you can enjoy more, live more, be more - present - NOW.

During the immersion Mie will come around with soothing lotion massaging your neck and shoulders and will be guiding you into even deeper relaxation with hands-on healing. As your body and mind relax there will be space for insights to land from a deeper place that can have transformative ripple infects for the better into your everyday life.
