Cranks - Weekly Thursday Training

Weekly Training
2-2,5 hours of riding every Thursday from Cranks & Coffee.
We ride every Thursday in 3-4 Groups

- Fast ride, 17:30
34-36km/t, Push your limits, Drop ride. With a race

- Social Plus 17:32
32-334m/t, No drop ride with a interval or a casual race.

- Womens ride 17:34
27-29km/h. 45-60km no drop ride.

- Social ride 17:36
28-30km/h. 45-60km social ride no drop.


Everyone can join and you’re more than welcome to invite your friends!
We expect you to follow the traffic rules and the instructions given by the Ride Leaders.

Route: Starting from Cranks & Coffee and heading out on the route selected by the ride leaders. Mostly the same routes for safety and for you to join along the ride.

Coffee is ready if you need your caffeine fix before the ride.
Energy bars and Gels are available in the shop.

Shop is open afterwards for beverages, food and clothing etc.
