You’ll sip on ethically sourced, ceremonial-grade cacao from Peru, specially prepared to align with the season. Guided Nature Bathing: Inspired by Japanese Shinrin Yoku , which has been my companion for years, this practice invites you to slow down and immerse fully in the forest atmosphere. Here, we go one step further — connecting with all elements : earth, water, air, fire, and ether. Expect mindfulness, grounding, a boost to your inner creativity, and a beautiful sense of calm expansion.
Optional Sea Dip: Breathe, soak in the sun, and if you feel like it — refresh yourself with a swim in the sea.
