We are pleased to invite you to a breathwork and gong bath session with artist Sophie Dupont.
The session invites participants to immerse themselves in the rhythm and depth of breath as a meditative practice, where Sophie Dupont will combine breathing exercises with the sound vibrations of a gong bath. The gong’s deep and resonant tones create an auditory landscape that supports the breath and opens up a sense of timelessness, calmness, and connection. Breath functions as a bridge between body, mind, and the outside world.
By taking part in this guided practice, you are given the opportunity to release tension, surrender to the vibrations of sound, and let your breathing become part of a larger collective pulse. Whether you have experience with breathwork or are new to the practice, this session is an opportunity to explore your own presence through sound and breath.
Sophie Dupont creates a safe and open space where you can listen, feel, and breathe freely. Give yourself a moment to breathe deeply, let the sound of the gong wash through you, and find peace in the body's natural rhythm.
