Curious about sourdough or ready to feel more confident baking at home? Join us for a hands-on class where we’ll walk through the entire process together in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

You’ll learn how to care for and maintain a healthy starter, understand the why behind each step, and work through a complete bread recipe from start to finish. Each participant will leave with a prepared loaf to bake at home, new recipes plus the knowledge to keep baking on your own.

There will be plenty of time for questions, troubleshooting, and insider tips on keeping the process simple. Enjoy sourdough snacks during the class and The Thirsty Badger has drinks available for purchase.
