Sourdough Class

Hoping to make delicious, healthy bread at home with minimal effort and just a few ingredients? If so, join us for a fun evening learning all the sourdough basics!

In this class you will learn how to care for a starter, make a loaf of sourdough and use the discard starter for other recipes. Along with lots of knowledge and hands on practice in the class you will take home a sourdough starter, loaf of bread to bake, instruction sheet, recipes, and bread lame.

Yummy sourdough treats will be provided and drinks are available for purchase at The Badger. Cost is $60 per person.
