Gospel Singing Workshop

Join us for an uplifting, interactive Gospel Singing Workshop led by the incomparable Checo Tohomaso—a soul-gospel performer often called a “one-man Motown.” With a career that has brought him alongside Grammy-winning legends like Marvin Gaye and Lionel Richie, Checo brings both experience and infectious energy to every stage he graces.

This free workshop invites singers of all ages and abilities to learn the joy of gospel through clapping, toe-tapping, and powerful harmonies. Participants will rehearse a couple of songs under Checo’s guidance, then have the extraordinary opportunity to perform live on Saturday, October 11 as part of Checo’s VOS Sweet Soul Gospel Choir From Vancouver.
