We are on our final week for our beginner class. Week 8/8, the last stretch!!! Get ready for our last week :)
Beginner class will be talking about some traveling grooves. A little bit more review on our rotational spring and a couple areas where we can use that spring.
For our Elevate & Refine class we will be focusing on our Personal Movement Skills.
On some other announcements.
Next month is August which means we are restarting our beginner series. However August 4th there will be no Elevate Swing that week. We will resume on the 11th.
T-Shirts are now restocked and ready to purchase for $25 if you would like an Elevate Swing shirt. Instead of just unisex t-shirts we now also carry female fitted t-shirts.
