Building on the success of our Wednesday Hatha Flow sessions, we are thrilled to introduce Sunrise Sundays at Stanwell House, led by new instructor, Amy, our very own Head Receptionist.
Starting Sunday 8th June, join us between 8:00am – 9:00am for a energising Vinyasa Flow class, with a focus on breathwork with movement, connecting the mind, body and breath, enhancing your strength and flexibility, inner peace, and overall well-being. As a familiar and friendly face at Stanwell House, Amy brings not only her expert guidance as a qualified instructor but also her deep connection with our community. Her presence offers a unique sense of comfort and continuity, helping you feel truly at home as you embrace the morning serenity.
These classes will be held in our beautiful Secret Garden, weather permitting, or within our tranquil event space, if needed. Each session is priced at £15 and includes refreshments to help you start Sunday right.
