Weekly Feldenkrais group lessons suitable for everyone. Awaken your brain's capacity for improvement, healing and learning through gentle neurologically important movements. Experience something new, personal to you, that you can take with you into your everyday life to help create new possibilities for yourself. All you need to bring is a yoga or exercise mat, a blanket or two for your comfort, and your curiosity.
