Vale of Berkeley's Strongest 2025

We are back again this year to once again find the strongest man and woman in the Vale of Berkeley.
Start time: first event 11.00am
Food and drinks will be available through the day, if there are any local charities or community groups that would like to raise money for their causes please get in touch, we are also looking for local businesses that would like to advertise and sponsor the event. we will name this years charity very soon.

Stone/sandbag carry (max distance in 90s)
(men- 90kg stone woman-50kg sandbag)

Shoulder Press Medley (75s)
men- 55kg log, 65kg axel, 75kg log, 80kg fixed axel. Woman-35kg log, 45kg axel, 55kg log, 65 fixed axel.

Atlas Stones (75s)
men- 75kg, 95kg 100kg, 110kg, 120kg
woman-40Kg stone over bar
Hand Over Hand Van Pull (75s)
Men-flat bed van loaded with a car (20m)
woman- flat bed van (20m)

Loading Medley (75s)
Various implements on a 10m course

This is a small event ran to raise money for charity, the level is for beginner to intermediate athletes, if you live in the GL postcode and would like to have a go this year please get in touch, entrance fee will be £25 and this will need to be paid by 16th of June
