Summer Rest Day Retreat at Hill Farm, Tintern

After a busy summer, take time out for self care by resting, digesting and embracing the back to school vibe.

Even if we don’t have anything to do with school, we still get a sense of re-organising ourselves after the busy summer. Our day retreat will give you the time and space you need before you do just that!

A day for you to reconnect with yourself and nature at Hill Farm, Tintern 🌳



9.30am: Arrival

10am: Yoga – both Yin and Yang, starting off with a dynamic and leading to a restorative practice

12.30pm: Lunch (all dietary requirements catered for)

2pm: Forest Bathing – connect with the healing powers of nature with Shinrin Yoku, led by Tom

3.30pm: Wood fired eco spa and optional treatments and snacks

5.30pm: Goodbyes
