TO START:

Dahi Bhalla (or Dahi Baray), with Chutney

For the Main Course, all dishes to be served with:
• Aromatic Rice,
• Chapati
• Kachumber Salad,
• Whisked Cucumber and Mint Raita

MAIN COURSE DISHES:

• Pakistani Lamb Karahi
(contains dairy)

• Hyderabadi Dum Keema – Smoked Ground Beef Curry
(contains dairy)

• Chicken Kofta – Ground Chicken Meatballs Curry
(Contains dairy)

• Authentic Channa Masala – Chickpea Curry

DESSERT:

• Sagudana Custard Kheer - Sago Pudding with Custard
• Shahi Tukre - Bread and Butter Pudding
(each dessert contains dairy & nuts).

*Traditional Mint Lemonade will be provided but please feel free to bring your own bottles of drinks. *
