Whether it’s recent or many years ago dealing with the loss of a loved one can be extremely difficult, confusing and lonely with many mixed emotions. It's important to know that you're not alone and there are ways to find support and healing.

These emotions can be overwhelming and have a huge impact on how you live and deal with all aspects of life.

Talking to people who are going through the same thing or have experienced similar circumstances can be a huge help and have a positive effect, you are no alone no matter how much it feels like you are.

Come along to one of the sessions you are free to just sit and listen or talk about anything you feel comfortable- it’s completely led by what’s right for you in a safe, non judgmental and confidential space.
