Yoga and soundbath

Join us for this unique experience that will provide deepening of the connection with the renewing energy of spring.

Co-hosted by yoga teacher Paloma and myself, this session offers a nurturing space to harmonize body, mind, and spirit in alignment with the season’s natural flow.

We will start off with meditation, followed by different sets of yoga practice accompanied by the sound of crystal singing bowls.
We will finish with relaxation and meditation and more of crystal singing bowls.

Bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, blocks, water and whatever you think you might need.

Cost is 30 euros to cover the rental and energy exchange 🙏
