RAMEN STORY – Every Bowl Tells a Story
Discover the soul of Japanese comfort food in an intimate plant-based cooking experience designed to awaken all your senses.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to create authentic, deeply flavorful ramen from scratch
• miso or tahini-infused broths
• marinated tofu and sautéed mushrooms
• crispy toppings and fragrant oils
We’ll also explore the art of tsuru tsuru, the mindful, joyful way of enjoying ramen noodles that brings the dish to life.
As always, we’ll close the afternoon with a raw cake session, a mindful moment of sweetness to end on a high note.
Each participant will take home their ramen, toppings, and the complete recipes, to recreate the magic in their own kitchen.
A unique, soulful experience shared in a small, intimate circle of 6 to 8 people only.

RAMEN STORY – Chaque bol raconte une histoire
Découvrez l’âme de la cuisine japonaise à travers une expérience culinaire végétale, intime et inspirante, conçue pour éveiller tous vos sens.
Lors de cet atelier pratique, vous apprendrez à créer un ramen authentique et savoureux
• bouillons miso ou tahini
• tofu mariné et champignons sautés
• garnitures croustillantes et huiles parfumées
Nous aborderons également l’art du tsuru tsuru, la manière consciente et joyeuse de déguster les nouilles, pour pleinement apprécier chaque bouchée.
Comme toujours, la séance se terminera par un atelier de raw cake, un moment sucré et conscient pour clôturer l’après-midi avec douceur.
Chaque participant repartira avec son ramen, ses garnitures et les recettes complètes, pour prolonger l’expérience à la maison.
Une expérience unique, partagée dans un cercle intime de 6 à 8 personnes seulement. Places limitées.
