Sacred Pause: Yoga, Nidra & Ritual for Year’s End

This special workshop invites you to slow down, release, and reset through a mindful blend of soulful flow, grounding breathwork, and a candle ritual to let go of the past year.

We’ll weave in moments of guided intention-setting and close with the deep rest of Yoga Nidra, leaving you with a sense of clarity, spaciousness, and gratitude as you step into the new year with openness and ease.
