We’re closing the season with a special Contact Improvisation Dance Jam co-facilitated by our guest teacher@Anastasia Bezruchko and @Tarek Alnabhan, with LIVE MUSIC by Loop Soop and other amazing guest musicians. Come ride the wave of spontaneous creation, joyful play, and shared energy in a vibrant community space.

Contact Improvisation is a dance from based on spontaneous movements, shared weight and a practice centered around trust, touch, balance, and shared momentum. It’s an invitation to explore movement in connection moving at your own pace, respecting your own boundaries and others— whether you’re brand new or deeply experienced, all people and backgrounds are welcome.

🎶 Live Music Jam – Dive into the groove with Loop Soop band and others guiding your every step with rich, responsive soundscapes

🧊 Icebreaking Games and warm up – Meet others, loosen up, and get into the flow

🌀 Intro to Contact Improvisation – A warm and inclusive intro for all levels to help you feel at ease and integrate

💃 Open Jam Session – Improvise, collaborate, and express through embodied movement

🥗 Community Snacks & Chill Corner – Bring something to share and enjoy relaxed post-dance connections
