Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have experience with other styles, this welcoming class is your chance to discover the Iyengar method in an encouraging space.
You’ll explore key posture groups — standing, seated, and forward bends — and learn how to approach each pose with clarity, stability, and confidence. With a focus on the foundational actions within each asana, you’ll build both awareness and precision.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to continue your journey in regular studio classes.
