We're beginning the journey to reimagine the future of our beloved Butt Hutt Bar, and we want your input as we explore options to replace the current aging structure.

This is the first in a series of townhalls designed to include everyone—from shareholders to regular patrons. Your voice matters, and this collaborative process is how we’ll ensure the next chapter of the Butt Hutt reflects the spirit and needs of our community.
While the final decision will be made by a vote of our Certificate Holders, every idea will be considered and valued. Once we’ve gathered enough input and built a shared vision, we’ll define the project scope and bring in an engineer and general contractor to start collecting quotes—paving the way for a transformation we can all stand behind.
Let’s breathe new life into the Butt Hutt together—while preserving the character and charm that make it so special.
