Kids Yoga

Kids yoga offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits, helping children grow strong, confident, and mindful. Our kids yoga class is designed to help children, develop strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, and a playful way! Through storytelling, imaginative play, music, and games, kids will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises that promote focus, confidence, and emotional well-being. Parents are also welcome to join in on this class! Each class is divided into 10 to 15 minute activities to ensure the kids are engaged and having lots of fun!
