Kom och testa spinning med oss på Gerdahallen! Ett bra avbrott från plugg och vardag. Passet är gratis och du behöver ej vara medlem. Du bestämmer själv intensiteten, så det funkar både om du vill ta det lugnt eller köra på lite mer. Inga förkunskaper behövs! :)

Come try a spinning session with us at Gerdahallen! A nice break from studying and everyday life. The session is free and you do not need to be a member. You set the intensity yourself, so it works whether you want to take it easy or push a bit more. No experience needed! :)
