KNUT invites you to a yoga session!

The ancient art of yoga is perfect for relaxation and moving your body! Together with educated yoga instructor and event coordinator Beatrice Hamstein we will have a beginner-friendly yoga-session in Stadsparken. As we will be on grass you can bring a towel if you don’t have a yoga mat. Don’t worry about your own capability to move and stretch, you are allowed to participate just the way you are!

When: 19th of May at 17:00
Where: Stadsparken, exact location will be posted on Instagram stories
Bring: comfortable clothing, a yoga mat/towel, water
