Mini Movers Demo with Creative Kids Movement Network West MI

Melissa Sayles of Creative Kids Network West MI will be offering a new dance class for 2-5 years olds this fall and is hosting a free demo on August 29th for any interested families.

Mini Movers is a fitness-based class that includes stretching, exercises and activities, and rhythm-based movement through music and storytelling. Melissa's Mini Mover class focuses on core strength, balance, and agility, which all works together to improve gross motor skills and cognitive development.

Both the fall class session and the free August 29th demo will be at Sandcastles Children's Museum in the Downstairs party room.

The session will run weekly from September 12th-October 31st on Fridays at 10:00am for 30 minutes.

Cost of the class is $43 per month ($86 for the session). Registration and class fees are all managed by Melissa Sayles and Creative Kids Movement Network West MI. Link with more information provided below.
