About the event

Free Beach Workout & Yoga Class
Join us for our annual FREE summer beach workout & yoga class that is open to everyone!

We will have both a workout and a yoga class for you to choose from, and both will begin at 9am. Meet us at the North end of Stearns Park Beach by the first concessions stand.

The workout will be something everyone can do, so bring the whole family! A water bottle & a towel are always nice to have.
Our yoga class is an all-levels flow, so whether you practice regularly or are newer, both can still participate. Bring either a towel or yoga mat you don't mind getting a little sandy.

In the chance of rain, we will move the classes to our gym & studio located at 311 S Rath Ave.
