Flower Essences and Ugly Sweaters

Michelle will be teaching about the power of flower essences, what they are, and how they can assist with emotional balance. When we have emotional blocks that are uncomfortable, remind us too much of a traumatic event, or are difficult to talk about with others, the essences can help. The event will be interactive to an extent as you learn. You are not expected to openly share anything with others. Flower essences are a journey of self discovery.

Bring a cozy ugly sweater and/or a blanket if you'd like.

A custom combination essence is included.

Pay what you can $10-$25.
