🌿🍵🫖Seasonal Transition Tea Blending Class
February 26 · 6:00 PM · 90 minutes · $30
As we move from late winter toward spring, the body often needs support shifting from heavy, grounding foods and slower rhythms into lighter, more active days.
In this hands-on class, we’ll explore how to build a balanced seasonal tea designed to support digestion, circulation, and gentle movement in the body.
We’ll work with the following elements of herbal blending:
• Earthy (grounding and steadying)
• Sour (stimulating and moving)
• Warming (circulatory support)
• Sweet (balancing and integrating)
You’ll learn why ratios matter and how different components affect the body.
This is a make-and-take class, you’ll create your own custom blend to take home (approximately 10–12 cups).
Please note: This blend includes pu-erh tea, a traditionally fermented, low-caffeine leaf. There is not a caffeine-free option for this class.
Cozy, practical, and beginner friendly. No prior experience needed.
