Reconnect & Rebuild your emotional Resilience

Life can throw a lot our way, leaving us feeling depleted, stressed, or out of sync. If you're looking for a gentle, effective way to nurture your emotional well-being and build inner resilience, these unique sessions are for you.

Karen Purdy brings 34 years of dedicated experience to her "Natter in Nature & Water" sessions. She believes deeply that "Our past does not forge our future" and offers a kind, supportive space where you can work at your own pace towards personal growth.

What You'll Experience:
Sessions are designed to help you gently rebuild your emotional strength through:

Mindful Practice: Techniques, practices, and coping strategies that harness the calming power of open green spaces.
Hormone Boost: Guided meditation and optional cold-water immersion to naturally promote the release of positive hormones like Serotonin, Dopamine, Oxytocin, and Endorphins.

Shared Wisdom: A welcoming group conversation where participants can share their experiences and coping strategies (optional, if comfortable), fostering an environment of mutual listening and learning.

Space for Reflection: Embracing quietness and stillness to help process thoughts and feelings, guiding you through three stages of emotional resilience:
Understanding Our Feelings: Exploring "How we are feeling."
Sparking Awareness: Realising "Nothing is perfect" and identifying needs for change.
Embracing a Positive Mindset: Cultivating the habit to "Be Kind to myself" for lasting change.
