Jedes Jahr Ende September findet die Entlebucher Alpabfahrt statt. Über 300 Stück Vieh, begleitet von Älplern, Sennen sowie diversen Folkloregruppen, ziehen von ihren Sömmerungsalpen nach Schüpfheim.
