About the event

Thursday July 3 Zazen Meditation at 7 pm. Plus all-day drop-in at 12, 2 and 4.

Evening Zazen starts at 7 pm in the Iron Mountain Zendo at the Dersert Zen Center. Drop in sessions start at noon, 2 and 4 . All sessions feature a half hour of Zazen (seated meditation) and Kinhin (walking meditation followed by tea and conversation. Beginners welcome.
