Mamaya to pochodzący z plemienia Mandinge majestatyczny taniec ukazujący piękno i grację kobiet i mężczyzn tańczących w dwóch kręgach. Co roku w czerwcu w Gwinei w regionie Kankan odbywa się festiwal Great Mamaya, który gromadzi tłumy uczestników z całej Gwinei a nawet spoza jej granic świętujących Radość z bycia Razem w Rytmie 😊.
Na warsztatach będziemy się uczyć:
👉 grania rytmu na bębnach djembe i dundun ,
👉 tańczenia 💃.
Czy trzeba już być grającym na djembe/tańczącym taniec afrykański?
Nie – ale poczucie rytmu i umiejętność liczenia do 4 się przydadzą 😉
Warunek konieczny do wzięcia udziału to posiadanie ciała, chęci do nauki i otwartości na to, co inne i nowe 😁
Gwarantujemy:
👉 przecieranie nowych ścieżek w mózgu, co usprawnia jego działanie i wspiera kreatywność 🤩
👉 świetną zabawę i radochę z robienia rzeczy, których nigdy nie robiliśmy a zawsze chcieliśmy zrobić 😍

👩🎤 Sekou Kouyate – djembefola rodem z Gwinei, grał w tamtejszych zespołach tj. Les Oiseaux Blanc, Ballet Sourakhata, Ballet Wassasso czy Guinée Percussion, z którym występował na festiwalach w Turcji i Malezji a późnej pełnił też rolę w-ce dyrektora tego zespołu. Muzyk, nauczyciel i aranżer a przede wszystkim znawca i miłośnik muzyki zachodnioafrykańskiej. Jest gwarantem prawdziwie afrykańskiego wajbu 😍
🤸♀️ Beata Pniewska – wieloletnia instruktorka jogi, aerial jogi a także od niedawna trenerka języka ruchu w nurcie LBMS (Laban / Bartenieff Movement System). Taniec kocham od dziecka, bębny od 33 roku życia ;) i choć czasem nie było tej Miłości po drodze to zaowocowała trzema wyjazdami na warsztaty do Gwinei, gdzie rozkwitła z nową Mocą, którą chciałabym się z Wami podzielić. Taniec afrykański do żywej muzyki bębnów jest niesamowitym doświadczeniem poruszającym całe Ciało, Serce i Umysł, to całkowicie naturalny energiser, cudownie łączy z Ziemią i samym Sobą i choć wymaga zaangażowania i wysiłku to generuje ogrom beztroskiej radości. Radości, która płynie z ruchu ale też (a może przede wszystkim) z bycia Razem 🤩

Mamaya is a majestic dance from the Mandinge tribe showing the beauty and grace of women and men dancing in two circles. Every year in June, the Great Mamaya festival takes place in the Kankan region of Guinea, which gathers crowds of participants from all over Guinea and even beyond its borders celebrating the Joy of Being Together in the Rhythm 😊.
During the workshops we will learn:
👉 playing rhythm on djembe and dundun drums,
👉 dancing 💃.
Do you have to be a djembe player/African dance dancer?
No – but a sense of rhythm and the ability to count to 4 will be useful 😉
The necessary condition to take part is to have a body, willingness to learn and openness to what is different and new 😁
We guarantee:
👉 paving new paths in the brain, which improves its functioning and supports creativity 🤩
👉 great fun and joy of doing things we have never done but always wanted to do 😍

Beata Pniewska and Sekou Kouyate
👩🎤 Sekou Kouyate - djembefola from Guinea, was playing in local bands, such as Les Oiseaux Blanc, Ballet Sourakhata, Ballet Wassasso and Guinée Percussion, with which he performed at festivals in Turkey and Malaysia, and later also served as deputy director of this band. A musician, teacher and arranger, and above all, an expert and lover of West African music. It is a guarantee of a truly African vibe 😍
🤸♀️ Beata Pniewska - a long-time yoga and aerial yoga instructor and recently a movement language trainer in the LBMS (Laban / Bartenieff Movement System) trend. I have loved dancing since I was a child, drums since I was 33 ;) and although sometimes this Love was not on the way, it resulted in three trips to workshops in Guinea, where it blossomed with new Power, which I would like to share with you. African dance to live drum music is an amazing experience that moves the entire Body, Heart and Mind, it is a completely natural energizer, it wonderfully connects you with the Earth and yourself, and although it requires commitment and effort, it generates a lot of carefree joy. The joy that comes from movement but also (or maybe above all) from being together 🤩
