Flow & Float

Come get your Sweat on with us for 45 minutes then cool down with an hour paddle. We are partnering with the lovely people at Tribute Power Yoga to bring you a new experience in the 806. Come breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the water while building relationships and muscle!

**Note**
Walk ups are welcome, but we cannot guarantee you a spot.
