In this hands-on class, we’ll make soft, fluffy pita from scratch and whip up a creamy, dreamy homemade hummus—just like you’d find in a Tel Aviv market.
You’ll knead the dough, shape your pitas, learn foolproof tips for fluffy results, and master a classic hummus with optional flavor add-ins.
