Come de stress and raise your vibe as you are immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan, quartz crystal, alchemy singing bowls, the hypnotic drone of the Shruti, chimes, the drum and more! Let your worries be carried away on waves of sound as the instruments guide you into a peaceful state of wellbeing and bliss while receiving the healing energies of Reiki!
While you are immersed in a the frequencies of sound, CRMT Lynn will go around the room providing Reiki ( universal life force energy) to all attendees.
Reiki, like Sound Healing works within the energy centers of the body. These energy centers can become sluggish throughout our lives due to physical and emotional pain, trauma, grief, chronic stress and unprocessed emotions.
Reiki aims to work deep on a cellular level to release anything that can be restricting the free flow of energy within the body making us not feel our best.
Gentle hand placements on or around the body will take place while you are in a deep meditative state, assisting the body in whatever it needs.
Combining these 2 modalities together will add additional benefits in balancing all the energy centers and allowing the body to feel more calm, relaxed and balanced.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early!
We will need a minimum of 8 participants to hold this event! Max of 16 people!
Please note there are a set of stairs leading up to the loft space!
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat (the thicker the better) or a camping pad, blankets, or a sleeping bag and a pillow with you!
Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the sensory experience!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations and Reiki energies!
