Step into the quiet embrace of the Prana Dome — a 700 sq. ft. geodesic sanctuary, rooted in quartz and facing the rising sun. Here, surrounded by the gentle song of creek and mountain, we soften into stillness.

This class blends long, nourishing stretches with restorative postures that invite the body to release tension and the mind to find clarity. Guided by the breath, each pose becomes a doorway into deeper awareness, restoring balance to body, heart, and spirit. No loud music, no distractions — only mindful movement, silence, and the natural rhythm of the Appalachian landscape. This practice is an offering of space: space to breathe, space to heal, and space to return to your Self.
