Free Being Me Ember Afternoon

Join Girl Guides of Nova Scotia for our Free Being Me Ember Afternoon!

Free Being Me is a program that promotes body confidence and helps us celebrate our bodies for all the amazing things they can do!

During the afternoon we will learn that no one should feel bad or stop doing things they love because they are concerned about how they look. Instead, focusing on what our bodies can do and the things we like about ourselves helps increase our confidence to do more things that we love! We hope your Ember can join us!

Location: Sackville Public Library, 636 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville, NS B4C 2S4
Time: 12:30pm-4:30pm
Cost: Free

Additional Information: Embers are expected to have eaten lunch prior to the event, however snacks will be provided. Each participant will receive a Free Being Me badge.

This in-person event will be capped at 30 Embers. Registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
