A Night For Her —guided sound bath experience

When was the last time you felt deeply settled?

So many women are constantly “on” — working, caring, planning, holding space for everyone else.

This evening is for the woman who rarely gets to put it all down.

A Night For Her is a 90-minute immersive experience designed to help your nervous system finally soften.

You’ll lie comfortably in a warm, softly lit space as crystal singing bowls fill the room with steady, soothing sound. As you rest, our energy practitioner will gently move through the space, offering brief individual support — allowing you to simply receive.

No sharing.
No pressure.
No expectations.

Just space to exhale.

Many women leave feeling noticeably calmer, more grounded, and quieter inside — sometimes for the first time in months.

With International Women’s Day approaching, this is not about celebration.
It’s about restoration.
