This is a free, hands-on cooking experience, and we encourage participants to bring their own takeaway containers to share the food with their whānau.

• Stuffed Tofu with Tomato Sauce (Đậu hũ dồn thịt sốt cà) – Soft tofu stuffed with a savoury minced pork filling, simmered in a rich and tangy tomato sauce for a comforting and flavourful dish.
• Vietnamese Fish & Dill Soup (Canh riêu cá thì là) – A light yet robust soup made with fresh fish, tomatoes, and fragrant dill, delivering a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savoury flavours.
• Stir-Fried Squid with Pineapple (Mực xào thơm) – Tender squid stir-fried with juicy pineapple, bell peppers, and aromatics, creating a deliciously sweet and tangy seafood dish.
