JST Compete National Junior + Youth Training camp

JST Compete has a passion to help and support aspiring athletes, and those who will be the future of our sport are at the heart of many things we do.

There is no one size fit for any person’s development, especially in the sport of fitness, where everyone is trying to reach their full potential.

This isn’t reached just through an online training program, it comes in many other forms. JST Compete's original name was JST Compete 'programme’, and one of the definitions of this is…

“a set of related measures or activities with a particular long-term aim.”

To be clear, we don’t just write training programs for people to follow, because that isn’t sustainable for the person. We’ve created a community of humble, respectful, hardworking people that take responsibility for their own personal excellence. We educate athletes in a way that empowers them, and we have a pathway that provides direction.

Where is the training camp - CrossFit Delta Fox

Goals of the training camp:

- To make you aware of what will be ahead on your journey as an athlete, what it takes to reach the top of the sport and how to accelerate your development.

- To give you some feedback and the tools that will help elevate your levels of performance, both physically and mentally, through practical coached sessions and educational talks.

- To connect you with other like minded individuals, creating and supporting performance environments across the UK that has excellence at the heart of everything it does.

- Help better prepare you for your competitions and what to do to set yourself up for success.

What to expect at the camp:

- A full weekend of training with other athletes who aspire to become their best.

- Core behaviours - what it takes to reach your best.

- Practical coaching sessions - Weightlifting, Gymnastics and a workout

- 1 to 1 feedback

- Q & A with JST coaches
