Owning a home is just the beginning - maintaining it takes work! In this class, homeowners will learn the basics about electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems. The class will also discuss general upkeep, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and tips on financial preparedness. Additionally, our staff will discuss safety tips to keep you and your family safe in the event of emergencies.
