Comedian Bio's for the Night:
Host Kristin Carnes followed her brainiac husband in 2019 to Indiana because he may have the brains but she’s no dummy. She performs throughout the Midwest at venues including Zanies, Laugh Factory, and Helium Indy. Kristin also produces a monthly show at The Spot Tavern in Lafayette and founded the annual comedy festival, the Waukegan Comedy Jam, in her hometown in Illinois which features rising comics from the Midwest.
Guest Feature Alex Savant is a young up-and-coming award-winning comedian from Rockford and Co-Producer of the renowned collective Chill Pill Comedy. Quickly climbing through the ranks of comics in the state-line area, Alex has found a voice that sounds just as comfortable shouting over a pool hall jukebox as it does deliver biting satire in the area’s most historic theaters. This stiff upper lip style follows in the working-class traditions of Pryor and Carlin - critical but not thoughtless, unabashed but not crass. Not afraid to punch above his weight class, Alex can be seen performing across the Midwest.

Headliner St James is an acclaimed comedian who has been recognized by both The Chicago Tribune and Chicago Reader as one of the best comedians in Chicago. A regular performer at renowned venues like The Laugh Factory and Second City, he has captivated audiences with his sharp wit and dynamic stage presence. Beyond the stage, St James hosts the hilarious comedy podcast "The Up & Up", where he delights listeners with his unique humor and insightful conversations. His contributions to the comedy scene have made him a standout figure in Chicago's rich entertainment landscape.
