Walk30™ is a 6-week physician-backed walking program designed to enable post-operative patients to enjoy 30 minutes of light exercise a day.

About this Event

Founded by Dr. Michael Swank, Walk30™ is a 6-week physician-backed walking program designed to enable post-operative patients, their families and communities to enjoy the benefits of just thirty minutes of light exercise a day. By persuading your immediate family members, friends and coworkers to do likewise you are participating in health care revolution that will counter the obesity epidemic and help regain the health of our community.

  • Doctor led program designed for the safety and rehab of hip and knee replacement patients (6 week post-op required)
