Sunday Soul Flow

Our new weekly Sunday Soul Flow yoga class aims to provide affordable yoga classes with local yoga instructors who want to give back to their local community.

This week we have Kat back for another amazing session. Kat McManus is a yoga teacher who creates flows that feel like small moments with a big impact. Her classes focus on nurturing the nervous system, honoring the body’s natural rhythms, and weaving in the wisdom of the seasons and elements. Each flow becomes a mindful ritual—an invitation to show up, connect, and care for yourself, one breath at a time.

$5 entry or $10 entry plus your first beverage free!
