Run Like A Mother Family Fun Run!

Join FIT4MOM NOCO in a family fun run event hosted by Reconnect Chiropractic on May 29th! Bring the family out on a Thursday evening to wear out the kiddos (and keep the kitchen clean at the same time).

Sign up for the fun run at 5pm and don't miss the stroller running workshop by Strong Core Mama. The run/walk will begin around 5:15, starting and ending at Reconnect Chiropractic. Follow the sidewalk around Benson Sculpture Park for a 1 mile loop (feel free to shorten your loop for the youngest runners). Participating moms and kiddos will be awarded finisher medals! You must pre-register to guarantee a finisher medal!

Stay afterwards to order food from a local food truck, fun for the kids and more!
