Resilient Recharge: Yoga & Mindfulness for Veterans & First Responders

This special event offers a free yoga designed to provide relaxation and mindfulness for Veterans, First Responders, and their spouses. Led by a licensed RYT-200 yoga instructor, the session will guide participants through a soothing experience to recharge both physically and mentally.

• Date/Time: First Saturday of the Month - 8:00 AM
• Instructor: Heater, a licensed RYT-200 yoga instructor
• Location: Space is limited, so early arrival is recommended.
• Amenities: Yoga mats are provided, and participants will enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and Hoist IV drinks for hydration.

This event aims to create a peaceful environment where Veterans and First Responders can unwind, promote mental well-being, and reconnect with themselves while connecting to others.
