Loveland West Side and Foothills Historical Tour

Friends, if you enjoy Loveland's local history, you'll enjoy this 3-hour driving tour in a comfortable 12-passenger touring van through the foothills west of town. We'll learn about the old road to Estes Park, some early water history including Lake Loveland, the Big Dam, and the Handy Ditch flume, an old amusement park, an old stage stop, pioneer and mountainman Mariano Medina, the Washington Elm, and more.

Bring a water bottle and a snack if you'd like. There is little walking, and no bathroom stops. We'll unload and reload a few times. Seats are $20, payable via Venmo.
